In the VERY unlikely event that you are unhappy with our transaction, please note all transactions on this site run through Paypal. Paypal provides first class dispute service and will ensure you are satisfied with your purchase or get your money back!
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped USPS First Class.
US Orders:
We ship our items USPS First Class. With each order we include a delivery confirmation number which we will have on file. This will verify delivery for both buyer and seller. Please note we are not responsible for item if USPS has verified delivery.
International Shipping:
We ship via First Class International. Buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges (which are rare on used clothing - I will let you know if I think you have to pay duties on your item). Our international shipping cost is basic USPS shipping. This does not include any tracking. If you would like to purchase tracking and insurance please email me! In most cases, if the item is valuable I will note this in the details and include the extra insurance in the shipping cost. If insurance is NOT noted in your item's details, I am not including it and you must request it via email.
RETURN POLICY:
Please email me with ANY QUESTIONS you have on your item. I will send measurements, additional photos - anything you need to make sure you LOVE what you get!
We accept returns within 5 days of receipt of unwashed/unworn items. Please email us before sending an item back and let us know the reason for the return. Items must be in received condition and shipped at buyer’s expense. Buyer has the option to receive a refund less shipping charges or exchange for another item and pay any additional shipping. Buyer also must have a delivery confirmation number on any returned packages to help track back any purchases.
